2. Booking Confirmation
- A tour is considered confirmed only after discussing with our team.
- Rates will be confirmed based on travel date, pickup location and vehicle availability.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.
3. Pricing Policy
Prices may vary based on:
- Season (Peak / Off-season)
- Fuel price change
- Pickup & drop location
- Vehicle type (Sedan / SUV / Tempo Traveller)
- Government entry fees & parking charges (not included in standard package)
Final price will be confirmed personally through call/WhatsApp.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
Our packages generally include:
- Private car with driver
- Fuel charges
- Driver allowance
Packages DO NOT include:
- Entry fees at tourist places
- Boating / Safari charges
- Food, accommodation, additional activities
- Parking charges (some locations)
5. Changes & Cancellations
Changes in itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, road closures or forest restrictions.
- No charges apply for reasonable route changes.
- Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur charges based on vehicle allocation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and pickup location.
- Be ready at pickup time to avoid delays.
- Ensure safety of personal belongings.
- Behave respectfully with driver and other customers.
7. Vehicle & Driver Allocation
- Vehicle type will be allotted based on booking and availability.
- A driver with local route knowledge will be assigned.
- In rare cases, a replacement vehicle may be provided due to unforeseen issues.
8. Liability
Hasna Ooty Tour Packages is not responsible for:
- Loss/damage of personal items
- Delays due to weather, road conditions or traffic
- Accidents caused by third-party circumstances beyond control
- Miscommunication when the customer provides incorrect details
