Refund & Cancellation Policy | Hasna Ooty Tour Packages

1. General Policy

At Hasna Ooty Tour Packages, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your trip, kindly inform us as early as possible.

Free Cancellation: If cancelled at least 24 hours before the trip.
50% Charge: If cancelled 12–24 hours before pickup.
No Refund: If cancelled within 12 hours of pickup time.
No Refund: If the customer is not available at the pickup location.

Note: These charges are applied because the vehicle and driver would have already been allocated.

3. Cancellation by Hasna Ooty Tour Packages

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

Bad weather or dangerous conditions
Vehicle breakdown or emergency
Road closures or government restrictions
Driver health or unavoidable issues

In such cases, you will receive a **full refund** or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through:

Bank Transfer
UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)
Cash Refund (local customers)

Refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Entry tickets paid at tourist places
Boating / Safari / Activity charges
Hotel room bookings made on your behalf
Advance paid to external vendors (if any)

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a **No-Show**, and no refund will be given.

7. Modification of Trip

Date/time changes are subject to vehicle availability. We try our best to accommodate modifications without extra charges.
